Shipping Policy

  • All Trak Racer orders are shipped by the fastest and safest method. Please allow between 5-10 business days for delivery. Shipping charges will vary depending on the size of your order and your shipping destination. Please advise your phone number at checkout so we can get in touch with you if there is any problem.
  • Please make sure someone will be available to receive your order, otherwise, your package may be diverted to your local post office or to your local shipping depot. We recommend all deliveries are sent to a business address to avoid any re-delivery charges.
  • Trak Racer will ship to confirmed addresses only.
  • If an item runs out of stock before your order is processed, a refund will be offered via the same means as your original payment.
  • Order Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) - where an item is out of stock, we will endeavour to provide an approximate ETA. ETA's should be used as a guide only, as it is an estimate and this timeline can be impacted by unforeseen factors due to the nature of international supply chains. We will advise if there are significant changes to any previous stated ETA and work with you accordingly.
  • The buyer is responsible for any destination import tax/charges (if applicable).

Our Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Trak Racer product. If something is not quite right, then get in contact with us and we will sort it out for you. If you are not completely happy with your purchase you can return it to us provided the following conditions are met:

  • You must return your order within 14 days of the dispatch date.
  • The item/s must be unused and not previously installed.
  • All accessories must be returned.
  • If the item/s have been used a restocking fee may apply following a detailed inspection.
  • Internal/external damage has not been caused due to improper installation, misuse or incorrect service.

Making a Return

To return merchandise simply complete the Return Authorisation form available by first emailing support@trakracer.com along with a detailed explanation of the problem and photos/videos if you think this will help us understand the problem. The completed form will need to be enclosed with your securely packed order and posted back to the address on the Return Authorisation form provided. Please ensure adequate postage is affixed, as Cash on Delivery returns will not be accepted.

We also recommend you send your return back via a trackable method of postage, as Trak Racer will not be responsible for lost or missing parcels, and all goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. IMPORTANT: Returns without a Return Authorisation form included will be returned to at the customer’s expense.

Return Credits

We will credit your original method of payment, excluding postage charges unless otherwise agreed to. The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse and checked. Goods must be 100% complete and in the same condition you received them in. Please note that it may take up to 4 working days for the refunds to show in your account.

Faulty Items

Trak Racer does its best to ensure that all customers receive top quality and faultless products. In the situation where you believe that a product is faulty, or different from the description provided on the website, please contact support@trakracer.com, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If you feel that your return falls outside of our policy, then please contact the Trak Racer Support via support@trakracer.com. If you feel that photos or videos of the problem will help Trak Racer in the first instance please ensure these are included in your first communication to support@trakracer.com. We want to make sure that you are happy with your Trak Racer purchase so in the event of an issue, we'll work with you to resolve.

International Returns:

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees.

Products must be returned in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Products that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Custom or special order items are not eligible for return or exchange.

    The TR160 V5 is an upgraded version of the popular Trak Racer TR160 MK4. From 2019 to 2021, the TR160 MK4 was the King of Sims. It ticks all of the boxes for a Sim Rig that demands to be the strongest in it’s class with thicker aluminum profile walls than it’s competition and includes the best designed mounts and 160x40mm aluminum brackets for extra rigidity in the wheel mount uprights. Select between a pre-drilled mounting plate or extruded aluminium profile with heel plate; suitable for more new pedal sets on the market. The pre-drilled pedal plate also features a fine-tune slide function - so you can get those pedals exactly where you need them!

              OVERALL COMMENT A great entry-level wheel stand to give you a taste for sim racing, flight sim, or for those who have limited space. Exceptionally priced entry-level rig that will handle most belt-driven and direct drive wheel bases (up to 8Nm). A simple-to-assemble entry level cockpit, with easy access and enough strength to handle most wheel bases and pedals without flex. A great cockpit that offers huge adjustment in the pedal mount. Fast and easy assembly. Rigid enough to handle direct drive wheel bases up to 25Nm without flex. The quick-slide wheel mount and option for integrated monitor stand make the TR8 pro a stand-out rig. The most rigid rig on the market with double-walled aluminum extrusion and heavier duty brackets and mounts. Unique in it's design and setting a new standard for extrusion-style cockpits. The TR120S is a full-sized rig with endless adjustment. Includes the TR-One wheel mounting system. The next size up from the TR120S, the TR160S is unique in its design.               Very sturdy unit but very heavy and hard to move if required. Bolts need to be tightened regularly and it's quite hard to line up the seat, steering wheel and pedals. Once set, the unit is very good.

              Impressive Sim Rig!

              I was looking to get an upgrade over my old dated aluminium profile rig and I certainly got it with the TR160 MK5.

              Trak Racer are great through the checkout stage and offer alot of options to get the rig exactly how you want/need. Delivery was smooth and quick. Took about 5 working days. Items arrived in multiple parcels and were packaged to ensure no damage was sustained.

              Product itself is fantastic in the blue finish. The rig comes with a great PDF instruction to follow on what ever device you prefer.

              Instillation was pretty straight forward, just took a little time across multiple days to perfect the right setup for me.

              I have been using it now for close to a month and have not encounted any issue interms of flex or shortcomings in terms of hardware.

              I found Trak Racer provided more than enough components in the package to complete the build with spares.

              Highly recommend this rig and company and look forward to adding more TR components to my rig in the future!

              Amazing rig

              Such a great piece of equipment and huge upgrade from my NLR rig. The company and team are amazing and have been along for the ride with my build the entire way. Ran into one issue with misunderstanding the directions and they were Johnny on the spot to help me out and get me going again!! This rig is a beast!!
