Trak Racer adds adjustable components to accommodate users of all sizes! 

We include many extras that competitors simply don’t with their rigs. Thoroughly compare what we provide with that from one of our competitors? We believe we offer the best value high-end gaming rigs out there! 

Trak Racer products are shipped out partially assembled to reduce shipping costs. Depending on the rig, assembly can be as quick as 30 minutes, through to many hours. See the relevant product page for details. PS, this doesn’t include the lifetime of tweaking and optimising that our customers love... 

All Trak Racer products are designed, developed, tested, improved, redesigned and manufactured. If the seat needs extra padding we add it, if the controls need to be closer, further away or adjusted, we do it. The result is a setup that is strong enough to accommodate the most demanding racers and will help you to remain focused and comfortable for hours!

Trak Racer products are universal. They work with PS5, PS4, PS3, PS2, Xbox and PC systems. 

All Trak Racer products have been designed and engineered in Australia and shared with our manufacturing partners across the world.

Not really, but why would you want to hide such a beautiful piece of furniture? If you really need to you can dismantle a couple of our rigs in several minutes to minimise the size. We do have the FS3 which you can easily store way!

No, Trak Racer will under no circumstance cover costs associated with installation or any labor from an installer not recommended or approved by Trak Racer. 

Shipping policy

From time to time, an item can run out of stock before your order is processed. We will contact you if there is an issue, and we will work with you to get your product. At the very least, a full refund will be happily offered via the same means as your original payment.

Our products usuallytake 1-2 business days to dispatch not including transit time. Tracking will beprovided once your order ships.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer warehouse pick-ups.

We currently ship to all states within the United States. However if you would like shipping arranged to Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii, please contact us via support@trakracer.com as we will be able to assist.

Orders usually take up to 2 business days to be shipped. If you have pre-ordered any items, the order will be shipped as soon as everything is in stock.
If you would like us to send everything ahead of the pre-ordered items, please send us an email and we will do so!

Returns and exchanges

All Trak Racer products are warranted for a minimum of 12 months and up to 5 years on specific parts. Trak Racer products are however designed to last far beyond the warranty period. For all warranty concerns please contact us at support@trakracer.com.

We want you to love your Trak Racer product. We are happy to exchange or refund any part of your online order that you are not satisfied with (within 14days, subject to terms and conditions). Trak Racer guarantees that all items sold are brand new (unless otherwise specified) and quality tested before shipment.

All products sold by Trak Racer are covered by a minimum of 1 YEAR. We do have a 5 year warranty on our rigs/frames. Check the item description for warranty information. 

If returning due to a change of mind the items must not be used and returned within 14 days of receiving. If outside the 14-day return period thereis a 10% restocking fee. If returning for repair/replacement, goods should be returned within the warranty period. 

Please contact us with details of the issue/return request and we will send you a return form that must be included and posted to the address on the form. 

Trak Racer must first be contacted with details of the problem. If we cannot resolve the issue we will send you a return form and return number to get the goods back to us. Please return items in their original packaging. 

Once we receive goods back they are externally and internally examined to match serial numbers with what was sent to you and checked to determine manufacturer fault, customer fault or no fault at all. The return process normally takes 1-2 weeks.
