Perfectly flexible, solid stuff.
If there is one slight issue, the cheap out on the T nuts is questionable. These come with the arm extension and l hope they don't mark a sign to come.

Could not be happier with my purchase. I've got triple 48" with a 42" quad, and it all fits perfectly. You'll end up with a lot of extra parts, which ended up being a good thing for me. Oh! And make sure you buy the upgraded mounts. They will literally save you hours of pain
