Every Ultimate+ pedal is designed for deep mechanical adjustability. Whether you prefer a stiff GT-style brake, a soft progressive throttle, or a heavy, mechanical clutch, the Ultimate+ platform allows you to build a pedal feel tailored precisely to you.
The Ultimate+ pedals generate real motorsport-level forces, so a solid full-frame simulator rig is required. These pedals cannot be mounted on a standalone floor plate or lightweight wheel stand. For best results, pair them with a rigid aluminium profile chassis or use the optional Ultimate+ Baseplate for a reinforced mounting solution and optimal pedal alignment.
Designed with CAD and FEA analysis, each pedal is constructed from CNC laser-cut stainless steel with a glass-bead blasted finish. Each pedal is equipped with four mounting slots, allowing forwards and backwards adjustments to be made for optimal ergonomics. Because the Ultimate+ pedals can handle high operating forces (up to 140kg at the brake pedal footplate), you must install the pedals on a very rigid base.
Possible mounting solutions are aluminium profile beams, a thick metal (drilled) plate or our Ultimate+ Baseplate.
Bolts of variout length, washers and flanged nuts are included with the pedals.
The pedals have a strong, durable and adjustable design capable of handling up to 140kg of actual force at the brake pedal (200kg loadcell). Designed with CAD and FEA, all structural parts are CNC precision laser cut stainless steel with a glass bead blasted finish.
The all new custom made brake elastomers are smooth, responsive and provide an unprecedented progressive brake resistance (concave force curve) just as you would have in a real race car. On the ingoing and outgoing stroke they have firm bump and rebound characteristics. They retain their as-new characteristics even after thousands of races.
The bespoke hydraulic dampers of the Sim Pedals Ultimate are ultra-reliable and do not require periodic maintenance. The throttle features a 1-way hydraulic damper which resists speed at the ingoing stroke. This helps with smoothing the throttle application and is also used on many real cars for this purpose. The amount of damping can be adjusted.
The Sim Pedals Ultimate+ load cell assemblies provide a true linear input measurement of throttle position and brake force. Their accuracy and durability are unmatched as they do not wear over time. Custom non-linear output curves can freely be configured using Heusinkveld SmartControl software.
The pedals have passed full EMC compliance testing, guaranteeing a stable output signal regardless of other electronic components used in your simulator.
