Official Competition Terms and Conditions – United States

1. The Promoter The sole promoter of this competition is Trak Racer, with its registered address at 278 Canterbury Road, Surrey Hills, Victoria, Australia (the “Promoter”).

2. Eligibility Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their state of residence) at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter, Alpine Racing Limited, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Competition Period November 1st, 2026, to 11:59 PM December 31st, 2026.

4. How to Enter 4.1. Purchase Entry: Entrants will receive one (1) entry for any valid purchase made through the Promoter’s website during the Competition Period. Entrants may enter as many times as they like via this method. 4.2. Free Entry Method (No Purchase Necessary): Entrants may also enter for free by navigating to the designated free entry link provided by the Promoter at [Insert Free Entry Link Here], signing up for the Promoter’s email newsletter, and following the Promoter’s designated social media accounts. Limit of one (1) free entry per person and per email address for the duration of the Competition Period.

5. The Prizes 5.1. First Prize: First Prize is a visit to Alpine’s Technical Centre (in Enstone, Oxfordshire), subject to Alpine’s standard T&Cs for visitors including but not limited to confidentiality and/or reputational undertakings. Inclusive of a two-night stay at a local hotel in Enstone (hotel based on availability) & economy flights to the UK for the visit. 5.2. Second Prize: One (1) Trak Racer TRA turnkey simulator package (includes 3 Simucube active pedals, Fanatec Podium DD wheelbase, Rexing Formula wheel, triple 43" Trak Racer monitors, freestanding stand, D-BOX G5 motion system, Qubic seatbelt tensioner, BWT Alpine HSX seat, mid-spec PC based on availability). Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $32,000 AUD. 5.3. Third Prize: One (1) Alpine Racing TRX, one (1) integrated monitor stand, and one (1) BWT Alpine branded HSX seat. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,250 AUD.

6. Prize Conditions & Restrictions 6.1. The Prize shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply. 6.2. Any and all transfers and/or travel to and from Alpine’s factory are not included and the winner shall be responsible for ensuring all related arrangements, insurances etc. 6.3. The experience date will be agreed between the winner and the Promoter. 6.4. Travel and accommodation expenses are not included and are the responsibility of the winner. 6.5. All other taxes, duties, supplements, drinks, food, tips and expenditure of a personal nature are excluded unless otherwise stated.

6.6. The winner must comply with all health, safety, and security requirements at the facility. 6.7. No travel, medical or other insurance is included. The winner and their guest are advised to take out their own insurance. 6.8. In the event that the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equivalent value. 6.9. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. 6.10. The winner is responsible for informing the Promoter of any wheelchair or similar access requirements when taking up the prize, and for ensuring they and their guest adhere to all applicable health and safety guidelines. 6.11. The First Prize winner and their guest must possess valid passports with at least six (6) months of validity remaining and are solely responsible for obtaining any necessary visas or travel authorizations required to enter the United Kingdom. 6.12. Any guest accompanying the First Prize winner must be 18 years of age or older. 6.13. For the Second and Third Prizes: The Promoter will cover standard shipping costs to deliver the physical prizes to the winner's nominated address. However, the winner is solely responsible for any local import duties, customs clearance fees, or delivery surcharges applicable in their jurisdiction.

7. Winner Selection and US Stipulations 7.1. The winners will be drawn at random in the first week of January 2027 from all valid entries received. The winners will be notified via email or phone within 48 hours of the draw. If a winner does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner. 7.2. Any tax implications arising from the receipt of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If a US resident wins a prize valued over $600 USD, they will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 and an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within 7 days of notification before the prize is awarded. 7.3. The surname and state of the winners will be published on the Promoter’s website and social media channels within thirty (30) days of the prize draw.

8. Media, Publicity, and Content Creation By accepting any prize, all winners agree to participate in promotional media. The Promoter reserves the right to capture video footage and photography of the First Prize winner upon arrival in the UK and throughout the tour around the factory facility. Minor prize winners agree to provide the Promoter with requested media within a reasonable timeframe. All winners grant the Promoter a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, broadcast, and publish this footage and photography across the Promoter’s social media accounts, websites, and marketing materials.

9. Limitations of Liability & Endorsements 9.1. This competition is not endorsed or sponsored by Alpine Racing Limited (“Alpine”) or by Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or Google. For the avoidance of doubt, this competition is organised and operated independently by the Promoter and is not managed by, or under any control of Alpine. Accordingly, Alpine shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, losses, injuries, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or in connection with this competition, including but not limited to those related to attendance, participation, or any other activities conducted during the competition and/or. All inquiries, concerns, or disputes regarding the competition should be directed to the Promoter and/or as may be relevant otherwise. 9.2. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors, prize suppliers, promotional partners will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any winner or accept any liability for loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize (or misusing the prize) except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter and/or its agents or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

10. Disqualification & Right to Cancel The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant attempting to tamper with the entry process or engaging in fraudulent activity. Entries linked to refunded purchases or chargebacks will be voided. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition due to events beyond its control.

11. Data Protection & Governing Law By entering, entrants agree personal information may be used by the Promoter to administer the competition.
